2011 HOA Board Highlights

As 2011 draws to a close, Hidden Oak Estates Homeowners Association is still going strong. Recently, the Board met to discuss the projected five year plan and was successful in producing a proposed budget for 2012.

There will be two positions open on the board this coming year. Each position serves for two years. Please consider attending the January meeting and donating your time and talent to the Board and the neighborhood.  You may go to the Board of Director's webpage for more details regarding board positions.

One new item for business in 2012 will be updating the Association’s Bylaws and Covenants. The current Bylaws and Covenants will expire in 2016.  There will be an Amendment Committee formed at the January meeting to update the Bylaws and Covenants. If you are interested in being on this committee, please contact a Board Member or attend the meeting in January.

Please continue to come to this website for updated information regarding the neighborhood and the Association.  Thank you again for your continued support of Hidden Oak Estates Homeowners Association. See you at the January 24th meeting at the City of Longwood Chambers @7:00 p.m.

Respectfully,

Nonda Meng

Interim President
